Basics!! Correction THE Basics.
It is important to know the basic rule of getting ripped. Right
now you might be shooting your guesses. I’m pretty much sure most often when I come
to basics people think “Eat less and burn more”. This is by the way true in
terms of mathematics.
But when you eat
less, body has got its own safety mechanism to save itself from the hardship
you have put it through by not eating enough.
The logic is to by pass this safety mechanism, eat required amount of food needed in meals of 5-6 servings(usually fist size) per day for every 3-2hrs.(Easy thing here is you have to just eat normal food every 3-2hrs)

Now that you are following
easy method of eating, next thing is easy training method.
According to the
research the best training method to get ripped is HIIT [High Intensity
Interval Training]. HIIT is a combo of cardio and compound exercises’.
You can follow any of the cardio exercise like skipping,
sprinting, swimming etc.
The technique is to do this exercise in high intensity for about
30sec-1min followed by rest for about 1-1.5min. Do this exercise for 3-4 times.
You can include any of the compound exercises in between this high intensity
training or do it in the end.
